BareSkin Ritual — Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your BareSkin Ritual experience. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty devices and skincare accessories are final sale unless defective.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return request. You must initiate your return within the 14-day withdrawal period.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe. Return shipping costs may apply.
This right does not apply to certain products such as sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, contact us at maevehonda@icloud.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Return your item for a refund and place a new order.
